Questions sellers ask

Why does the audit take 48 to 72 hours?

Walmart builds some of the reports we need on request, and they can take hours. After the data is in, a person on our team checks every figure before you see it.

What do you look at?

Six months of orders, returns and refunds, inbound shipments to WFS, WFS stock, payment reconciliation and your account health scorecard. We compare what happened with what Walmart paid, and check each possible claim against its deadline.

Why is the report a summary?

It tells you what matters: how much, why, and how urgent. Our team keeps the item-by-item list and uses it when filing for you.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. If you want us to file the claims: 10% of what Walmart actually pays on claims we file. Nothing recovered, nothing owed. No setup or minimum fees.

What is the 14-day trial?

For 14 days after you sign up we keep watching your account: new claims as they appear, returns to check, and deadline reminders. No subscription required, and no card.

Is my API key safe?

It is encrypted twice before it is stored, and nobody can read it back on screen. We only read your data. You can delete the key in Seller Center, or delete your account here, at any time.

Do you audit Amazon?

Yes. Add an Amazon store (from Get started, or Account → Add another store), then upload the reports we list from Seller Central. There is no API key to share: our team reads the reports and sends you the same six-month summary.
